Another new mall is all set to come into operation in Kathmandu; Civil Mall which will be the biggest in the country with 25,000 sq feet will have hundreds of store space and it'll offer a unique shopping experience as there will be an indoor market! Quest Entertainment will also launch their QFX Branded cinemas through Civil Mall; Central Cinema will be the first with a 3 screen multiplex in this giant complex seating up to 939 viewers. The hall operators who have tasted success with Jai Nepal and Kumari are excited for their new venture to be available for the public just in time for Dashain. It should certainly be the cinematic experience as they've invested more then Nrs 100 million and used technologies that rival Indian cinemas. Being located in Sundhara, the mall is expected to perform better than other shopping estabhlishments in the city.
I guess Civil Mall will be the next hang-out spot for the teens and young adults of Kathmandu.
